Strong back in the workplace

Movement and perception form the basis of all action from childhood onward. Movement and perception habits determine the quality of your life and the limits of your capabilities. They have a decisive influence on whether your competence in professional and private life is characterized by learned limitations (e.g., back pain or tension) or by creative adaptability. Systematic experimentation with movement and perception opens up new developmental and unfolding processes. Seminar content: Fundamentals of the Feldenkrais® Method; methods of sports therapy, body awareness and self-perception; communication skills focused on the topic of back pain; resource-oriented learning; application of the Feldenkrais® Method in professional and everyday life. Seminar objectives: Expansion of one's own learning capacity; improvement of physical and mental flexibility as well as one's own movement and action skills in professional and everyday life; relief of back pain and relaxation; increased performance with less energy expenditure; proactive prevention through good self-organization; shaping choices; self-directed learning as a prerequisite for individual, social, and professional competence regarding back pain.
