METHODS
Every person is unique – therefore, there are different ways to promote movement, perception, and personal development. Each method offers its own approach. Whether Feldenkrais, Sounder Sleep, Idiolectics, or other methods – they all share the goal of promoting self-awareness, fostering individual resources, and opening up new possibilities for health and well-being.
IDIOLECTIC & FELDENKRAIS
Feldenkrais and Idiolectics share a mindful and appreciative approach that recognizes the individual in their uniqueness and focuses on their own resources. Both methods open up new perspectives on one's own experience and promote self-awareness and learning – in the Feldenkrais Method through conscious movement, and in Idiolectics through the mindful perception and exploration of one's own language and expression. Thus, both methods support the discovery of individual possibilities and potential and guide personal development in a mindful way.

SOUNDER SLEEP SYSTEM ™
The Sounder Sleep System™ gently supports natural and restful sleep. Simple movement and breathing exercises calm the nervous system and promote the body's ability to fall asleep more easily. The method is easy to learn and can be used independently at any time.
