About the event
Somatic Balance – finding inner equilibrium at the monastery on Fraueninsel. Move with ease, regulate stress – discover Feldenkrais "Awareness Through Movement" for beginners and advanced students.
Lessons 3 hours daily – plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings! Private lessons available upon request. Accommodation and breakfast at the monastery are possible.
